7 January 2011 – The King’s Speech is released today

The Reporter is very much looking forward to the release of this film. It seems to have all the ingredients of a good story which thus far has remained under royal wraps. Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter are widely tipped for Oscars later in the month. It is also nominated in 7 categories for the Golden Globes next week including Best Picture of the Year.
