Police in Edinburgh are treating the death of a 43-year-old woman whose body was found at a property in Saughton Mains Terrace as “unexplained”.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 6.15pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
Officers said that their enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.15pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, we were made aware of the death of a 43-year-old woman at a property on Saughton Mains Terrace in Edinburgh.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
