Partick Thistle were boosted by their opening day win over Greenock Morton in the William Hill Championship at Cappielow and they host Livingston in a game to be televised by BBC Scotland on Friday (kick-off 7.30pm).
Tickets are on sale online with adult briefs at £24, concesions £18, under-18s £12, under-16s £10 and under-12s £6.
Livingston fans will be located in the Colin Weir Stand and Mark Wilson’s men will be looking to continue the good work ahead of the club’s Premier Sports Cup tie at Easter Road against Hibernian in the second round on Sunday, August 16 (14.00).
They came into the league full of confidence after their run in the Premier Sports Cup but Livi are also confident after their 2-0 opening day victory over Queen’s Park when skipper, Robbie Muirhead, bagged two goals.
Mitchell Robertson, who started against Queen’s, told the club’s social media that Partick are “good at what they do” but everybody at Almondvale is looking forward to the game.
He added that it was up to The Lions to play their game and added: “At times, you need to do the dirty work, and not have the ball as much. Good week of training for us.”
