Don’t Fall Victim to Ticket Fraud.
Protect yourself from scams and ensure your night is unforgettable for the right reasons:
– ONLY Buy from Official Sources: Purchase tickets directly from the venue (Scottish Gas Murrayfield), official ticket agents (like Ticketmaster or AXS), or reputable resale platforms.
Look for the STAR (Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers) logo for trusted sellers.
Beware of “Too Good to Be True” Deals: If the price seems unusually low, it’s likely a scam.
Avoid Bank Transfers: Always use secure payment methods like credit cards, which offer more protection if something goes wrong. Bank transfers provide very little recourse.
Be Wary of Social Media & Unsolicited Offers: Scammers often target social media. Be suspicious of unexpected messages or private sellers.
Verify the Seller: If using a third-party, check their reviews and ensure they have clear contact details.
Check Ticket Details Carefully: Before purchasing, double-check the date, time, venue, and seating information.
If you suspect fraud, report it to Police Scotland (101)
You’ll spot us in and around Murrayfield to keep you safe.
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell our officers, security or report it online.
Have a great night!
