Police are appealing for help to trace Andrew Taylor, 45, who has been reported missing from Edinburgh.
He was last seen in the Cameron Toll area around 1pm on Monday, 24 August, 2026.
It is believed he was in a blue BMW, registration SM03 XBW, at the time and may have travelled north, towards Lossiemouth or the Highlands.

“Officers are carrying out a number of local enquiries as well as nationally, but we’re asking for the public’s help. Do you think you’ve seen Andrew since around lunchtime?
“Have you seen the vehicle he was travelling in? Do you have any information about where he may be? If so, please get in touch.
“Andrew, if you see this appeal: please make contact with police so we can make sure you’re okay.”
Anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting reference 1592 of 24 August.
Police Scotland update 25 August 2026: “We can confirm that Andrew Taylor, 45, who had been reported missing from Edinburgh has been traced.
