Hibernian FC Women have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Ariana Anastasiadis on a one-year deal, subject to SFA approval and international clearance.
The 25-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a contract until Summer 2027, with the Club holding an option to extend the deal for another year.
Anastasiadis becomes Joelle Murray’s fourth summer signing ahead of the 2026/27 season, joining the Club following the expiration of her contract with Greek A Division club Kifisia.
She started her senior career with French side Le Havre, gaining promotion to Division 1 as second-tier champions in 2020.
The Greek international has also won topflight titles and domestic cups in both Cyprus and Croatia with Apollon and ŽNK Osijek, respectively.
Women’s Head Coach Joelle Murray commented: “We’re delighted to bring Ariana to Hibs. She’s a talented goalkeeper with excellent potential and a strong mentality.
“She has already shown she can perform at a high level, having been involved with the Greek national team, and we believe our environment is the perfect place for her to continue her development.
“Ariana will add quality and competition to our goalkeeping group, and we’re excited to see her progress in a Hibs shirt.”
After joining up with her new teammates, Anastasiadis commented: “I’m really happy to join Hibs. After meeting the team and having a few sessions here, I’m delighted with the professionalism and the ambition but, overall, with how welcoming everyone has been.
