Hibs Women have triggered the one-year extension clause in Faye Bryson’s contract.
By activating the clause in Bryson’s current deal, which was set to expire this summer following her recent arrival in March 2026, the versatile full-back is now contracted to the Club until June 2027.
Before joining the Club, the 28-year-old had previously played in the Women’s Super League with Everton, Bristol City and Reading, before later appearing for Central Coast Mariners and Sydney in Australia’s topflight.
Bryson made her Hibs Women debut in April 2026, helping the team to a clean sheet against Partick Thistle at Meadowbank Stadium.
Following the extension of her contract, Bryson said: “I’m really happy to extend my stay at Hibernian. With the players and staff we have here, it was an easy decision, and I can’t wait for what should be a big year for the Club.”
After exercising the right to extend Faye’s deal, Hibs Women Head Coach Joelle Murray said: “We are delighted to retain Faye for next season. She is a tremendous asset both on and off the pitch, thanks to her ability, professionalism, and commitment to the team.
“We are building a squad made up of talented players and determined people, and Faye embodies exactly what we are looking for in both respects.”
