Tonight Hearts FC could win the Scottish Premiership title – if they win against Falkirk at Tynecastle, and if Celtic lose to Motherwell at Fir Park.
If none of that happens then the title will be decided at the weekend on the final day of the 2025-26 season.
It would be the first time that the Tynecastle club has won the league title since 1960, and they go into the match tonight one point ahead of Celtic. They will in any case play Celtic at the weekend on the final day.

Hearts Manager, Derek McInnes, has coached the team to lead this title race for much of the season. But now a team other than the Glasgow Old Firm of Rangers and Celtic could win. The last team to do so was Aberdeen under the leadership of Alex Ferguson.
Hearts have 77 points and their goal difference is 32 while Celtic have 76 points and a goal difference of 29.
