A 21-year-old man arrested last year following a fatal crash in Bathgate has now been charged in connection with multiple road traffic offences.
The incident happened around 11.50pm on Monday, 9 June, 2025, on the Boghead Roundabout and involved a Volkswagen Polo and an HGV.
Emergency services attended and a 17-year-old female was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the incident were referred to the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner.
Police said that the man has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
