Jordan Doherty has signed for Livingston on a pre-contract from Raith Rovers, and the versatile 25-year-old is capable of operating in defence and midfield.
The North Dublin-born player and has enjoyed a varied career in Scotland, Ireland and the United States, and the former Republic of Ireland under-19 international came through the youth set-up at English-based Sheffield United before starting his senior career.
A loan spell with American side Tampa Bay Rowdies was then made permanent and Doherty established himself as a regular in the USL Championship, making over 140 appearances across two spells with the club.
He returned to Europe with Irish side Bohemians before heading back to Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Doherty then joined Raith Rovers and played against The Lions during the 2024-25 Championship season.
He joins the West Lothian club as an attack-minded right back and a Livingston spokesman said: “Doherty’s adaptability and experience across different leagues and styles of football will provide a valuable addition to the squad ahead of the Championship campaign.”
Meanwhile, season tickets for the William Hill Championship go on sale from 9am on Monday, June 1.
Supporters can take advantage of an Early Bird pricing window from Monday, June 1 to Tuesday, July 8. Full-price season tickets will then apply from Wednesday, July 9.
Existing season ticket holders have the duration of the early bird window to renew their current seat, but all seats not renewed by close of play on July 8 will be opened for public sale.
The under-16 season ticket works out at £2.50 per game across the league campaign, and the Family Season Ticket provides savings of over £600 compared to walk-up matchday prices.
The adult season ticket is priced at £250, just over £13 per game and saving £164 on the walk-up price.
Concession tickets are available for fans over 65, students in full-time education or anyone registered disabled.
The Presidents Club will also run and that is priced at the relevant season ticket category, plus an additional £375.
Important Information Regarding Under-16 Season Tickets
The pay-at-the-gate prices next season are adult £23, concession £16, youngsters aged 16 to 18 will pay £13 and under-16s will be £9.
