Police are appealing for information following a housebreaking in West Lothian.
Around 11.45pm on Thursday, 28 May, 2026, access was gained to a property on Lanrigg Road, Fauldhouse.
The suspect is described as being a white male, between 5ft 8in and 6ft tall, of stocky build and was wearing a hat, a face covering, trousers, black gloves, black shoes and a zipper jacket with light coloured shoulder patches.
Detective Constable Steven Smith said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident and who hasn’t already spoken to police to get in touch.
“I would also ask anyone in the area who has private CCTV or dash cam footage which could assist to contact us.”
