A WOMAN has been charged following a two-car crash last night in the Clermiston area of Edinburgh.
Police cars and ambulances attended the scene near the junction of Drum Brae North and Queensferry Road around 11pm, but no-one was injured.
Drum Brae North, near the junction, was closed for some time as police worked to recover the vehicles.
One woman has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence in connection to the incident.
Police officers and ambulances attended the scene, along with specialist paramedics from the Special Operations Response Team.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11pm on Wednesday, 29 April, we received a report of two-vehicle crash on Drum Brae North as the junction with Queensferry Road in Edinburgh.
“There were no reported injuries and the road was closed for recovery.
“One driver, a woman, was charged in connection with a road traffic offence.”
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said that they were called to the scene but nobody required to go to hospital.
