West End star Keith Jack will perform under an array of coloured umbrellas as part of the Morningside Umbrella Festival on 12 June 2026.
Kerry Watt, organiser of the festival, said she was delighted that Keith had agreed to support their festival and perform under their umbrella installation. Keith shot to fame in 2007 when he was runner up on the BBC reality talent show Any Dream Will Do.
The Morningside Umbrella Festival will run from 28 May to 14 June when Morningside Parish Church will be decorated with more than 150 coloured umbrellas and art installations. The festival is shaping up to be an fun packed fortnight with several musical events throughout the event, a craft and cake event from 1pm on 31 May and a family ceilidh on 14 June from 5pm to 8pm to close the festival.
Kerry Watt said she hoped the community would enjoy this unique event and make a point of visiting with family and friends.
