Police in Edinburgh searching for a missing 15-year-old boy have confirmed that he has been found safe and well.
Ahmad Bader was last seen in the Abbeyhill area of the city around 4pm on Monday, 30 March 2026.
Police Scotland issued two separate appeals to the public seeking assistance to trace him.
Earlier today Tuesday 7 April 2026 officers confirmed the good news and thanked those who shared their appeal.
A police spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Ahmad Bader, 15, reported missing has been traced safe and well.
“Thanks to all who shared our appeal.”
