As part of Festival of Europe Scotland a major conference is to be held on 9 May featuring several international speakers.
Those appearing on the day from 10am to 1pm include Nathalie Tocci, Director of the Istituto Affari Internazionali; Phillips O’Brien, Professor of Strategic Studies, St. Andrews University; David Henig, Director of the UK Trade Policy Project, European Centre for International Political Economy, Dr Bernhard Blumenau, Senior Lecturer in International History and Politics, St Andrews University.
