Job Title: Digital Communications & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (with potential to become full-time as the business grows)
Role Overview
Seeking a capable and self-motivated individual to manage collaborative digital content, social media presence and marketing activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working independently, confident with IT systems, and enthusiastic about using new technology to improve reach, efficiency and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and publish collaborative digital posts across multiple partner platforms
- Manage and grow social media channels with consistent tone and messaging
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and digital communications
- Monitor engagement metrics and produce performance reports
- Maintain and optimise digital tools, platforms and workflows
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather content
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes using new technology
Person Specification
Essential
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital publishing tools
- High level of IT competence and confidence learning new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and proactive
Desirable
- Experience using analytics tools, CRM systems or content schedulers
