Livingston have two injury concerns ahead of their William Hill Premiership clash with fellow-strugglers, Kilmarnock, at Rugby Park on Saturday and the players will be monitored until the last minute before manager Marvin Bartley confirms his squad.
The West Lothian club are unbeaten in four matches after their 2-1 defeat by champions Celtic at Parkhead on February 11.
That was followed by a 2-2 draw at Dundee, holding Rangers to a 2-2 draw at the Home of the Set Fare Arena, despite having Montano sent-off after 670 minutes, sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw at home to third-bottom St Mirren and earning a point in a no-score draw at Hibs last Saturday.
Kilmarnock, of course, go into the game posted by a 1-0 win over pace-setting Hearts at Rugby Park last weekend, Schjonning Larsen netting the only goal of the game after 17 minutes.
Both teams have played 30 games with Livingston on 15 points and propping up the 12-strong table with Killie second-bottom on 24 points.
Livingston have scored 31 goals and let in 59, that’s one fewer than their opponents who have scored 33 goals in the campaign so far.
Kilmarnock have, however, won two of their last five outings and drawn one to be level on points with St Mirren and Martley said that he does not want to drop further behind as the clubs near the end of the season.
He added: “Obviously, we go into every game looking to take points out of it and it we can’t win then we don’t lose. This weekend is no different, the players know exactly what we need from them and they know exactly what we expect from them and we go out there at 3pm on Saturday looking to achieve that.”
The manager naturally wants to win every game between now and the end of the season and he added: “The last four games the boys have been brilliant, they really have, and they have given us absolutely everything.
“We have to go into Saturday’s game (at Rugby Park) with exactly the same mindset.”
