Crash leads to closure of A90 overnight

Police Scotland reported that the A90 northbound was closed overnight, but the road has since been reopened mid-morning on Tuesday.

Earlier today a police spokesperson said: “The A90 has re-opened northbound from Cramond Bridge towards the Queensferry Crossing following a crash reported to us around 11.10pm on Monday, 2 February, 2026.

“Motorists are thanked for their patience.”
