Police investigating a theft from a building site on Ormiston Road, Tranent have arrested three people.
Officers received a report of the incident around 10.15pm on Tuesday 11 November 2025.
A short time later three males aged 17, 18 and 25 were arrested and have subsequently been charged.
Police said a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesperson said: “Around 10.15pm on Tuesday, 11 November, 2025, we received a report of a theft from a building site on Ormiston Road, Tranent.
“A short time later, officers traced two men, aged 18 and 25, and a 17-year-old male youth in the Haddington Road area.
“All three were arrested and charged in connection and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
