Well-known family run bakery Mimi’s Bakehouse has arrived at The Coffee Bar in Restoration Yard in Dalkeith.
This is the first location in Midlothian which will stock Mimi’s cakes and bakes including the cupcakes, cookies biscuits and seasonal treats for which the brand is known. And to reflect the move Mimi’s have created the RY pink elephant cupcake. It has a strawberry base, strawberry buttercream and is filled with a “burst of strawberry cream”.
Mimi’s Chief of Operations Ashley Harley is pleased about the new outlet.
