Musselburgh Racecourse has again sold out its glamourous Stobo Castle Ladies Day fixture.

Today’s race meeting will welcome more than 7,000 people and the East Lothian track has confirmed all general admission and hospitality tickets have been snapped up – with none available on the day at the gate.

Recognised as one of Scotland’s summer season highlights, racegoers can look forward to a warm sunny afternoon with temperatures expected to top 20C. The five star party atmosphere with fashion prizes worth more than £5,000 will culminate with an After Party hosted by DJ and JLS band member Marvin Humes.

Musselburgh Racecourse commercial manager, Aisling Johnston, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming once again a capacity crowd attending Stobo Castle Ladies Day and the stage is set for a fantastic celebration of high fashion and quality horse racing.

“There are few better places to be than on Musselburgh’s home straight with a full attendance and the atmosphere is guaranteed to be electric. The course is looking fantastic and with fine weather predicted we can’t wait to open the gates.”

For those lucky enough to have tickets, gates open at 11.30am and the first race is at 2.20pm.
