Hibs have invited shareholders to the club’s AGM for the financial year ended 2 July 2019.

The meeting will be held in the West Stand, Easter Road Stadium, at 7pm on Wednesday 26 February.

Shareholders or their proxies are invited to arrive from 6.30pm and light refreshments will be available.

Shareholders will receive an information pack by post, including a copy of the club’s accounts at least 14 days in advance of the meeting.

Executive Chairman Ronald Gordon will outline his strategic plan for the club to shareholders and looks forward to sharing plans for the growth of Hibernian FC.
