Allanwater Homes has announced sponsorship of its local young football club, Alloa Saints.

The housebuilder, which has its very popular Oaktree Gardens development in Alloa, now selling from its incredible eighth phase, has provided the entire club, which now has around sixty players, with new strips. It has also sponsored the club’s new sticker album.

Alloa Saints, which trains at Alloa Academy, with children aged 14  to 5 years old, has grown significantly of late, and will soon be adding another team to take it up to eighty members.

Paul Robertson from the club said : “We are very grateful to Allanwater Homes for their support of the club. Our parents have given very positive feedback on the new strips, and the sticker album, all of which look fantastic.”

“This sponsorship is enabling us to grow the club. We are excited about the new team coming soon too. Our thanks once again go to Allanwater Homes,” he added.

At Oaktree Gardens there is a Land and Building Transaction Tax paid offer on selected plots in Alloa, with the incentive applying to selected four bedroom detached Cairngorm villas, (from ÂŁ282,995), and five bedroom detached Galloway villas, a newly introduced housetype for Oaktree Gardens (from ÂŁ319,995). Alloa is a relatively easy commute to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Currently priced from ÂŁ225,995 for the four bedroom detached Lomond villa, the development is on the money for those looking for a family home in a convenient location, close to many local amenities. Other four bedroom properties currently available include the Cuillin at ÂŁ252,995, complete with a single garage.
