ONE of the UK’s leading network providers has become one of only a select band of companies in the country to have been recognised with a prestigious industry accolade.
Commsworld has been awarded ‘Platinum Partner’ status by Mitel, the globally-recognised leader in business communications.
Platinum Partner is the highest accreditation given by Mitel, distinguishing those firms that deliver and represent the top standards of Mitel solutions.
The achievement for Commsworld is testament to its 17-year success in delivering solutions across the UK and to its technical capabilities, according to CEO, Ricky Nicol.

Commsworld’s Platinum Partner status comes following its £30m contract with Glasgow City Council to be a key provider in its ICT transformation and rollout.
The firm now has over 35,000 Mitel Voice users – providing instant messaging, video conferencing and mobile applications to businesses.
It also provides support with the help of over 1000 contact centre agents, all hosted within the Commsworld Private Cloud and connected by its own Fluency Next Generation network – built specifically with businesses in mind.
