If you want to support the campaigners who want to save the building at Stead’s Place on Leith Walk then you have to do so before the deadline on Friday 21 December.

The revised plans, which would remove a single floor from the proposed scheme, do not change the nature of the proposed demolition and development.

Campaigners have urged people to make sure their voices are heard again by visiting the council planning portal.

Objections to Drum Property Group’s revised plans to bulldoze the two-storey sandstone buildings at 106-154 and build hundreds of student flats, a hotel, shops and homes must be lodged by Friday December 21.
