Charity says We have a home for unwanted gifts

With the Festive season over, many will have received unsuitable or unwanted gifts.

Instead of throwing them away or leaving them unused, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) is urging the public to donate their unwanted gifts to any of the 730 BHF shops nationwide and help raise vital funds for its life-saving heart research.

The BHF is happy to take good quality unwanted Christmas gifts as donations to help continue the fight for every heartbeat.

BHF shops sell a vast array of items from clothes, shoes, handbags, jewellery and accessories to DVDs, CDs, vinyl, books, homewares and children’s toys – nothing goes to waste!

If you want to make some space in your home, BHF’s furniture and electrical (F&E) shops offer free collections.

From sofas to bedroom furniture and TVs, the team will collect larger items completely free of charge.

Booking a collection couldn’t be easier. Customers can either locate and call their local F&E shop or book online here: www.bhf.org.uk/shop

Or, drop your donations at one of the shops. With over 730 BHF shops nationwide, there is practically one on every high street.
