THE Elite League have confirmed the play-off places. Cardiff Devils face Manchester Storm, Braehead Clan play Dundee Stars, Belfast Giants are matched with Fife Flyers and Sheffield Steelers play Nottingham Panthers.

The ties will be played over two legs with the four winners over an aggregated scoreline progressing to the play-off Finals weekend at the Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 April.

Fixtures for Saturday are Belfast Giants v Fife Flyers (7pm); Dundee Stars vs Braehead Clan (7pm), Cardiff Devils v Manchester Storm (7pm) and Nottingham Panthers v Sheffield Steelers (7pm)

Edinburgh Capitals are not involved along with two-time winners Coventry Blaze after finishing bottom of the table.

They lost 8-5 at Braehead Clan on Saturday and 4-3 after penalty shots at Murrayfield on Sunday to complete their season.
