Last night at the Radisson Blu in Edinburgh there was a fundraising dinner for the Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland (HIT). Gary MacLean winner of Masterchef and a senior lecturer at the City of Glasgow College was in charge of the meal and produced a delicious 5 course tasting menu. He was helped by the chef team at the Radisson Blu.

The funds raised will support the fundraising efforts of 25 hospitality professionals including Richard Mayne the hotel’s General Manager who will be undertaking the charity’s China Challenge in May. The group will walk part of the Great Wall of China and the ones will pay for over 200 emerging talent scholarships.
