First of all on Tuesday 7 October we met Michael O’Leary CEO of Rynair who was in very good form following the announcement that Virgin Atlantic’s Little Red flights from Edinburgh to London Heathrow will stop next year. O’Leary is stepping into the breach by offering flights to London Stansted which will start at the end of this month at prices from £19.99 up.

On Wednesday we went along to meet the people at Blackwood the housing and care charity who are Scotland wide. They have their HQ in Edinburgh and a lovely new office in Dundee Street where they run their organisation from.

On Thursday we went to Holyrood to meet local MSP Marco Biagi who has a suggestion for the council on planning permission granted to developers of student accommodation:

The same day at the City Chambers a petition was being handed in by residents from Easter Road who want more recycling in their area:
