Edinburgh based conference and business accommodation agent ExecSpace is today riding high as it celebrates its fifth anniversary.

Founded in 2008 by Managing Director, Emma Little, ExecSpace has grown to become Scotland’s leading business in this area, with 100 blue chip clients and annual revenues currently in excess of £5m. The Company has customer service at the heart of its offering and guarantees to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

To coincide with today’s anniversary, ExecSpace is today officially launching its new brand and website. These will support the company as it moves into the next phase of its development, and follow an  announcement earlier this year about a six figure investment from Bradenham Partners LLP to fund ExecSpace’s future growth.  This confirms ExecSpace’s plans to expand the company’s new accommodation booking service in parallel with the already well established conference and events business.

Emma LittleFounder and Managing Director, Emma Little said:-“I am absolutely thrilled to be celebrating five years since I set up ExecSpace. When I founded the business, I had an idea about the type of company that could be successful in the conference and events booking space. I wanted to build a business which was different from other companies in this marketplace, delivering a top quality tailored service for our customers; a company that cared about people and what they needed and wanted.

“The last five years have been the hardest and the best of my life. I am proud to be building a business which has gained traction and respect in the industry. The market itself has changed during that period. When I started out in 2008, only 27% of events and meetings were outsourced to specialist agents such as ExecSpace. Today that percentage is approximately 67% with the prospect of growing further as companies understand the benefits of outsourcing their conference and events requirements.

“Importantly, I also have to thank my clients without whom ExecSpace would not be here and my loyal team for their hard work and support as we have grown. Their dedication to the business inspires me.

“I am now very much looking forward to the next five years and the exciting opportunities which lie ahead for ExecSpace, our clients and the team.”

ExecSpace sources appropriate meeting rooms for its clients. These can vary from conference and meeting style venues to seminars and training rooms and often come complete with AV equipment and catering functions. ExecSpace’s clients range from private enterprises to Stock Exchange listed companies looking to host external events across the UK.

Alongside this, ExecSpace offers business accommodation booking services, negotiating the most competitive rates.
