The photos show Heather Corbett Mann (17) from Juniper Green running with the Olympic Torch at Chesser last night at the beginning of the relay to the Castle.  Heather, who was nominated by her grandmother, was adopted as a baby because of her birth mother’s schizophrenia. She wants to highlight mental health problems and has raised money for Support In Mind.

She is a pupil at St George’s School in Edinburgh, and last year worked in an orphanage in Jamaica. Later this year she is off to South Africa to look after abuse victims.
