The Edinburgh City Council Policy and Strategy Committee will meet tomorrow at 10am at the City Chambers.

The future of Inverleith Park will be a hot topic on the agenda, particularly to members of the Save Inverleith Park group who have said that they will be demonstrating outside the City Chambers tomorrow morning at 8.30am.  No final decision has yet been made regarding the sale of the Council depot at Inverleith Park but a report is being brought forward to the committee for consideration which suggests a sale will be put on the back burner.

A motion to instigate a public inquiry into the Edinburgh Tram project delays is also on the table along with the investigation of  a new snow clearance by-law, part of the Winter Weather – Working Together action plan.

We will be at the meeting and will report on it afterwards.
