Scottish Ministers are currently seeking to appoint two members to the Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. You will complement the skills of existing Trustees.
These appointments offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to the work of a major visitor attraction which has one of the world’s most valuable scientific collections, and is a centre of excellence in botanical and horticultural science.
Each appointment is for 4 years with a possibility of re-appointment for a further term. Time commitment will be approximately 16 days per annum, with the majority of meetings taking place in Edinburgh. It is non-remunerated, however, travel and subsistence costs and reasonable receipted dependant carer and childcare expenses will be reimbursed.
