Digital agency Outrank has been named among Europe’s Best 100 Small & Medium Workplaces 2026.
The company, which has an office on South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, has been ranked 81st in Europe, making it the second-highest ranked marketing business on the list.
The recognition comes just months after Outrank was ranked second among the UK’s Best Medium Workplaces, having previously been named 77th in the small company category in 2024 before rising to third in 2025.
Outrank has grown from 17 employees in 2023 to almost 60 today, as the business has expanded its team and client base.
The growth forms part of Outrank’s wider evolution from its digital agency roots into a technology-enabled SME growth platform, combining specialist consultancy with proprietary technology and owned customer acquisition.
Unlike many workplace awards, the European ranking is based on confidential feedback from employees. Great Place To Work’s Trust Index survey measures employees’ experiences across areas including trust in management, respect, fairness, relationships and leadership. Great Place To Work says more than 1.5 million employees across Europe contributed to this year’s research, with the European ranking based on feedback from eligible companies.
Outrank founder and CEO Stephen Robinson said the European recognition was particularly significant because it reflected the views of the company’s employees.
“We’ve grown quickly over the last few years, so being recognised at a European level is a great marker of how far the business and our team have come,” he said.
“What makes this particularly meaningful is that the ranking comes from the people who actually work here. We’ve had a lot of change as we’ve grown, and maintaining the culture and the way people work together has been an important part of that.”
The European recognition follows Outrank’s recent appearance on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, as well as its recognition through Great Place To Work’s UK rankings.
