Detectives are appealing for information following a housebreaking in West Lothian.
The incident happened around 12.30pm on Monday, 3 August, in the Adam Drive area of East Calder.
Enquiries are ongoing, however, there does not appear to have been anything stolen.
Detective Constable Daniel McLaughlin said: “We are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious or knows who might be responsible to get in touch.
“Enquiries so far have found a white BMW 1 series car was seen in the area at the time and we are keen to trace the vehicle and its owner.
“Anyone who can help is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1691 of Monday, 3 August, 2026, or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
