Police probe death of man whose body was found in Corstorphine garden

An investigation is underway to establish the circumstances around the death of a man in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh. 

Emergency services were called to the Corstorphine High Street area after receiving a report of a man having been found dead within the garden of a property there. 

Police said that their enquiries are ongoing. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.05am on Monday, 20 July, 2026 police received a report of a man found dead within the garden of a property in Corstorphine, Edinburgh. 

“Officers are in attendance and enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances.”
