Musselburgh Racecourse’s flagship Ladies Day summer meeting has officially sold out.
The racecourse in East Lothian will welcome a capacity crowd of 8,000 guests for its annual Ladies Day event on Friday 7 August.
The meeting, held in association with Champagne Pommery, has sold out all general admission tickets and hospitality packages.
The entertainment programme will feature a special guest appearance by rapper and singer Tinchy Stryder, while DJ and television presenter Reggie Yates is scheduled to host the official after-party.
Fashion will remain a central focus of the high-summer occasion, with more than £4,000 in prizes available in the Style Awards. The top prize for the best-dressed racegoer includes holiday travel and accommodation to the Maison Pommery estate in Reims, France.
A new Best Suit Award, sponsored by Slater Menswear, has also been introduced to the event, while Edinburgh milliner Sally-Ann Provan is supporting the fiercely contested Best Hat Award.
