Calvin Miller, Falkirk’s highly-rated winger, is reported to be a target of ambitious Heart of Midlothian.
Talks are said to be well-advanced and the interest is no surprise as Miller played a big part in the Central Scotland club’s back-to-back promotions.
He was also key in helping The Bairns finish sixth in the William Hill Premiership.
The former Scotland youth winger trained at Rangers as a youngster but signed for Celtic at the age of 12 and made his debut against Partick Thistle in December 2016.
He was then loaned to Dundee and Ayr United.
Miller moved to Harrogate Town and was then loaned to Notts County before moving to Chesterfield and then Greenock Morton before switching to the Falkirk Stadium.
He has made over 100 appearances for John McGlynn’s men.
Meanwhile, Hearts women will have Andy Thomson as their new head coach. He succeeds Eva Olid who guided the women to their first league title.
Thomson joins on a three-year contract from Rangers Women where he has been assistant manager since February 2025.
