East of Scotland tennis juniors have been distinguishing themselves on the competitive front.
Among them Fraser Newcome of Thistle who is displaying his “Romanesque” trophy after finishing runner-up with local partner Max Senjug in the 14 and under Tennis Europe Salona Cup doubles in Croatia.
There was an inspired effort from the East under-14 girls team who secured silver medals in the National County Cup finals at Nottingham losing narrowly to Surrey in the final. Pictured alongside captain Kirsty Robertson are Kana A, Natalia A, Shanaaya R and Alexa P.
Also the under-8 girls won their county cup in Aberdeen. Pictured below with captains Michael Millar and Julia Janowska are Molly G, Lily DS, Celine W and Thea W.
