Runners up were Edinburgh University with Inverclyde AC third.
The winning Edinburgh AC senior women’s team also comprised Beth Ansell, Hannah Cox and Sanchez Olier and their time of 1.43.40 beat the previous best of 1.43.49 set by Shettleston Harriers in 2023.
Completing a club double were the gold medal winning masters women;s team of Susan Ridley, Janet Dunbar and Julie Wilson.
