Rachel Caves of Harmeny AC (No 169) shows the style that has made this teenager one to watch on the track heading into 2026.
At the Scottish indoor championships in Glasgow Rachel recorded a Scottish under-18 record of 4:56:46 for the mile in finishing behind Edinburgh AC’s Beth Ansell (4:38:38).
Rachel as started the year as she finished when taking gold for her club in the short course cross country championships at Lanark.
