Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, but The Old Manor Hotel is already one step ahead by holding a Wedding Fayre this weekend.
Couples are invited to go to Lundin Links on 8 February to find out about the wedding packages the hotel offers.
The event is being held in association with Leven based Style A Chair, who dress around one hundred wedding venues a year.
A variety of both midweek and weekend dates are still available for 2026, with special incentive packages available for couples who book this weekend. Bookings are also being taken for 2027 and 2028.
Christina Kennedy from The Old Manor Hotel said: “We are very excited about our first wedding showcase of the year which is supporting a local Leven based business, and will put ourselves on the map in 2026 as a fantastic location in which to get married.
“Since the change in ownership in 2021, a huge investment has continued to take place to present a fresh and exciting new look at the Old Manor,” she said. “Over the past few years carpeting has been replaced, along with fresh new bedroom décor, updated bathrooms, and a new look to the bar and lounge. The Seaview Restaurant, situated in our beautiful conservatory dining room, has now got new furniture. Our function room is ready and waiting to host a wedding celebration – it has the most amazing views of the golf course and sea – what a setting it is!”
The special Valentine’s Day Menu offers a three course meal for £70 per couple, with a glass of fizz on arrival. Choose from first courses including spiced butternut squash soup, fried haggis fritters, goat cheese spring roll or a garlic roasted king prawn dish served with smoked salmon, dill and cucumber salad, and main courses, with a delectable slow cooked pulled beef dish available, together with a Welsh rarebit baked cod, a grilled sea trout, or a light and fragrant pea and lemon risotto with parmesan and rocket.
Valentine’s Day is most definitely the day to treat yourself to a dessert. The Old Manor’s chefs have created three delicious desserts, a chocolate brownie torte with dark chocolate & thyme sorbet, a raspberry & lemon posset with a raspberry mint salad & shortbread, or a classic sticky toffee pudding.
