Police in West Lothian are appealing for information following a crash in East Calder.
The crash took place around 10.40am on Wednesday, 28 January, 2026, on Langton Road at the junction with Oakbank Road, and involved the driver of a silver Ford Focus and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, an 86-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road was closed and reopened around 2.30pm.
Sergeant Al Marshall said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward.”
