A 34-yer-old man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today Friday 17 October 2025 in connection with a serious assault in East Lothian.
The incident took place around 9.50am on Sunday, 12 October, 2025.
At that time officers received a report of the serious assault of a man in the Market Street area of Haddington.
A police spokesperson said: “A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday, 17 October, 2025.”
