Police have arrested a 46 year old man in connection with a high value theft by shoplifting from an East Lothian supermarket.
The incident happened around 8.10pm on Monday, 13 October at Tesco, North Berwick.
The male was arrested a short time later in Haddington, he was thereafter cautioned and charged with Theft by Shoplifting and Road Traffic Offences.
The male was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 14th October 2025.
