Police in Edinburgh have arrested and charged a 40-year-old man in connection with a serious assault which happened on Clerk Street on Tuesday, 12 August, 2025.
One man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment following the incident.
Officers issued a CCTV image of a male that officers wanted to speak to.
The 40-year-old man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 7 October, 2025.
