Magnus Llewellin, the former editor of The Times and Sunday Times Scotland, has opted for a new career as a consultant with communications and culture agency To Be Continued…

After thirty years in journalism, Mr Llewellin will join the team of external consultants founded by Debbie and Jim Byers.

The agency concentrates on making a difference not a noise helping business organisations to cut through with authentic storytelling and human voices in the age of AI.

Debbie Byers said: “I’ve worked with Magnus for over two decades and have always admired his editorial integrity and journalistic instincts.

“He brings a journalistic rigour that is needed more than ever in our storytelling approach. His sharp editorial instinct and commitment to uncovering truth aligns perfectly with our mission to create communications that matter.”

Magnus Llewellin said: “It’s never been more important to get back to proper investigative journalism – finding the real stories that matter and giving them the depth they deserve. I’m excited to bring that ethos into the world of corporate storytelling, working with a team who truly understand how to make communication resonate in an age of increasing complexity and technological change.”

The agency was set up earlier this year combining Beeline PR with a sister company Speaker Buzz.

The agency works with purpose-led businesses, brands and organisations, with clients including global law firm Dentons, Artisanal Spirits Company and The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, the South of Scotland Destination Alliance, ethical adventure company Ocean Vertical, and The House of Hope, Scotland’s first wellbeing and support centre for those impacted by breast cancer.
