Two Hearts players have gone on loan for the rest of the season. Liam McFarlane has joined Alloa Athletic and Lewis Neilson is now with Falkirk.
Goalkeeper McFarlane was loaned to East Fife last season and helped Dick Campbell’s side gain promotion through the play-offs.
He won the club’s Young Player of the Year award and was called-up to the Scotland under-21 squad.
Neilson spent the first part of last season on loan at St Johnstone but re-joined Hearts in January and then played seven games for the Tynecastle club.
