Workman, the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm, has been appointed by The KanAm Grund Group as property manager on 4 North St Andrew Street which is on the north side of St Andrew Square.

The KanAm Grund Group recently acquired the 41,140 sq. ft. BREEAM sustainability certified office building following its complete refurbishment in 2019. They have granted a complete and long term lease of the building to Computershare Limited, a global service which, among other interests, handles high-volume transaction data on the stock market.

The new appointment adds to Workman’s existing property management remit in Scotland.

In Edinburgh, Workman’s portfolio includes The Stamp Office in Waterloo Place, The CBRE Global Investors’ prestigious office asset at 7 Castle Street and the Blackrock owned asset at 101 George Street.

In Glasgow the company looks after Sonas House, located at Titanium Business Park, Renfrew, close to Braehead Shopping Centre and iconic office and development park, Skypark, Atrium Court in Waterloo Street, and 90 St Vincent Street.

Alec Green, a Partner who heads up the Commercial Property Management Team for Workman  in Scotland, commented: “We’re delighted to be appointed on this significant asset in Edinburgh our third in Scotland on behalf of The KanAm Grund Group which adds to our growing portfolio of large office assets, where our focus on occupier engagement and the highest standards of customer service are essential to attracting and retaining modern occupiers.”
