Armadale Stellar Devils have completed their line-up with the signing of George Rothery and the 21 year-old Cumbrian will enter his first National Development League season.

The Whitehaven-born racer first took to the shale at Northside Training Track in 2013 and with no prior motorcycle experience, George has developed to become an exciting prospect.

Those present at the Northern Junior League Riders’ Championship hosted at Armadale Stadium last season will have seen George impress on his way to winning the title.

He said: “The challenge of being in the league will be good as I want to see how far I can get in the sport”.

Fans can meet some of the Stellar Devils team at the 2020 Season Launch Show at Napier University, Craiglockhart on Thursday, March 19 (7:30pm).

The Stellar Devils will be in official action for the first time on Friday, April 3 (7:30pm) when they square-up to the reigning league champions, Leicester Cubs, at Armadale Stadium.

Armadale Stellar Devils 2020: Mason Watson, Lewis Millar, Nathan Greaves, Leon Flint, Gregor Millar, Danny Phillips, George Rothery.
